Description
This countryside cottage is situated 30 km south of Jönköping, on a farm in the village of Ekåsen. Newly refurbished, it’s a modern, comfortable two-storey accommodation that sleeps up to 8 people.
The ground floor has a well-equipped kitchen/dining room, a bathroom with shower, washing machine and tumble dryer, and a sitting room with a double bed, TV and stereo. Upstairs, there’s a double bedroom, small bathroom and an open space area with 2 single beds and a bed settee
There is a patio with garden furniture for sitting outside in the summer months and guests have access to the sauna next to the cottage. 1 km away you can go fishing and swimming in nearest lake. You can also rent a rowing boat for fishing for 200 SEK / week.
There are lots of possibilities for pleasant daytrips in the area, such as to Gränna, Visingsö, Borås Zoo, Astrid Lindgren’s World and Jönköping. You can also go swimming, fishing, and cycling or play golf close by, as well as go for woodland walks and perhaps even berry or mushroom picking.
Rates:
Summer weeks 24 – 35 with a Saturday changeover, only weekly bookings
5 500 SEK / week - 9 000 SEK / 2 weeks - 13 000 SEK / 3 weeks
Access Saturday after 15:00. Cottage are to be submitted Saturday 12:00
Low season rate 3 500 SEK/week
Linen and towels: can be rented at 50 SEK / person / week
Cleaning: can be ordered for when you leave at 500 SEK.
