House for 20 persons near the ocean, creek, mountain and forest. The house fits a large family, family reunion, bachelor party, friends or colleagues. Adjacent to the house is large play areas, recreation areas, mountains, stream and forest. It is 100 meters to a private shallow sandy beach and pier.
