The cottage is in good condition. The house was built in the year 2000. Wood paneling on the cealing and walls. Kitchen with a cooker, fridge freezer and washing machine.
The kitchen and living room are combined with an exit to the veranda. The veranda has a very nice view towards the sea in the south. Electric heating. Two smaller bedrooms with three single beds in total.
In the living room there is a bed sofa with two beds to sleep in.
Bathroom with a shower. Very large veranda with outdoor furniture. Grill can be borrowed. The cottage has a country location and gives a very nice nature experience.
Its located 6 km away from a big village (Nordmaling) with shops, banks, restaurants. The cottage is 55 km away from a bigger town (Umeå) and 65 km away from another big town (Örnsköldsvik).
No smoking. Change day for the rental i Saturday. Weekly renting. More pictures can be sent if required.
Cleaning after the rental period can be done for a cost of 60 Euro.
