Solhem is a group of 3 houses with beds for 24 persons;

Welcome to the perfect stay for the large group or the large family! Here you have 24 beds and you can stay together and enjoy each other, but still have the option to close the door and be by yourself. A holiday stay with three cottages lying together on a 4000 m2 yard with lawn and with about 30 meter between the cottages.
House 1 has 7 small double rooms with bunk beds for 14 persons, newly renovated kitchen with great equipment and lounge/dining area where the whole company may eat together. Heres also a large bathroom with 2 toilets and 2 showers. House 2 has 5 double rooms and 1 single room with place for 11 persons in total, also bathroom with shower and wc. House 3 has 2 bedrooms for 3 persons, mini kitchen and a large toilet with floor heating and shower. Maximum amounts of guests is 29.
You stay very close to Mörrum river(about 300 m). If you enjoy fishing you may do so since the landlord owns a 3 km long private part of the river. The fishing is top class and so called catch and release, which means the fish should be handled with care and released. Boats and canoes may be rented. Boat 300:-/day, life jackets included, Canadian costs 200:-/day, life jackets included. You may also rent different types of bikes; regular bike 150:-/ day, mountain bike 350:-/day and electric bike 390:-/day.
The whole site has the latest fire safety standard and eu-certified drinking water.
There in the wonderful landscape of Småland lies Åsnen and its national park, that offers unique nature experiences from canoe, bike and by foot. A rich wild life in the surrounding forests and the lakes offers an abundance of fish like large pike, pike perch and perch. You will live in a nature paradise if you enjoy nature and activities in the nature.
Not for rent to youth groups unless the landlord has given permission.
The whole Solhem-site costs 3500 sek/night during high season from April to October. 19800 sek per week. Including electricity and free WiFi. Final cleaning may be rented and costs 4500 sek. Deposit 5000 sek may be taken in advance.
