The apartment / accommodation is part of a newly built house (1999). The house is a little remote from the other houses but next to a small park. In addition to the private terrace with a kettle barbecue there are many other sitting areas in the garden as well as in the small park. Fischpond, which is not fenced. Swing and climbing frame is in the garden. The apartment is divided into 2 levels with a staircase inside. Ground floor: Entrance hall / hallway with stairs upstairs, bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV. Klinkers in both bedrooms and hall. Floor heating.
