At the idyllically located lake Revsundssjön in the Jämtland region you will find this cozy holiday home, 200 meters away from the waterfront of the lake.
The house is up-to-date furnished/equipped with a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, living area, bathroom and will be found at the farmstead of the landlord, together with two more holiday homes which also can be rented. The farmstead is somewhat secluded and surrounded by deep forests and represents here so to speak a piece of juwellery.

Animal life up here is varied and according to the Swedish fishing guide the lake has the largest wealth of fish in the whole of Sweden. To convince you that this is true, a rowing boat is available as an assistance for fishing. You will also find two beautiful hiking trails, the Forsa and the Pilgrimsleden, and during your hiking tour you will disvcover really beautiful places for bathing.
The surrrounding also offers the opportunity for riding horseback on Icelandic ponies, to visit the museum of local history or to discover many interesting local food producers. Östersund is about 45 kilometers away from here and offers sights like the Storsjöodjuret, the Swedish variant of the Loch Ness Monster. However, it will be difficult to cause the animal to show itself to be present here, but in the Jamtli museum you can admire an embryo in the tube.
And if you return in the evening to your holiday home you can excellently relax by means of the hot tub for bathing in the open air which you can rent.
In the winter time You will have lots of activities to do like, icefishing, ride with a snowmobile, kicksleighriding, sleightours with horses, skiing (downhill and crosscountry), skating on ice, going downhill on plastic madrasses. After a day of activities You sit down in front of a fire and enjoy a cup of warm choccolate or maybee gluwein.
