Welcome to Skaftö and Rågårdsvik ! The summerhouse is located in the old fishing community of Rågårdsvik on the southern part of Skaftö with a view over the Ellös Fjord. There is parking on the property and public parking just a few meters away.

The yard has a garden, lawn and sheltered barbecue area. Downstairs is a double bedroom and large bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs are three bedrooms, with one 120cm broad bed + 2 single beds + one 140 cm broad bed, and a toilet. The living rooms on both floors face south with glass doors leading out to the wooden deck downstairs.

The southern angle lets the sun shine all day and Skaftö’s best bathing area, Bräckas , is just a few hundred away down in the village . There is also a tennis court and restaurant located just over the road. There are plenty of boat jetties and boat houses in the village where children can play and fish for crabs. Rågårdsvik is a gem that not everyone finds in the holiday rush, but when they have fount it, there are few who won’t return.

Golf is only some kilometers away at Skaftö Golf Clubs 18-hole course or a 9-hole pay- and- play course. By boat you can go out to the many beautiful islands in the archipelago for swimming or sunbathing, fishing mackerel or why not buy ice cream in the pittoresque island town of Gullholmen.

Bed linens and towels are not included. Cleaning by the tenant before leaving. Deposit 2000 SEK per week.

Directions
Turn off the E6 at the Torp interchange and drive past Torp shopping center direction Lysekil. Follow signs to Lysekil / Fiskebäckskil. Take a left towards Fiskebäckskil shortly after passing Bokenäs. Drive past Fiskebäckskil about 3 km until signs say Rågårdsvik straight ahead. Continue for 1 km and after the road makes a sharp left turn into Rågårdsvik the yellow house is on the left before the road turns right again. Turn left onto Hamnastigen and park directly on the left in front of the red house. For guests coming by boat there is a guest jetty for temporary docking. A private docking space can be arranged for an extra fee.
