Salt winds, bare rocks, art lights, marvelous sun set, the scents of the sea, that is Skärhamn, a nice island community with characteristic architecture.
Visitors are more than welcome to take advantage of the community extensive range of leisure activities. Several hiking trails of varying difficulty, fishing or you can explore the island by bike.
Newly renovated apartment in the center of the small coast village of Skärhamn on the Swedish west coast. The apartment is situated 25 m from the sea and with a 5 minute walk to the Nordique Aquarel Museum. In Skärhamn you find lots of nice restaurants and shops. There are many possibilities for all different kinds of water activities like sailing, boat trips, kayaking and swimming. Close to the house, in the harbor, it is popular for children to fish for small crabs.
The apartment is in a separate building from our own house and is about 65 sqm. It has 2 rooms and a well-equipped kitchen with oven and microwave. Shower/ wc, and tv is also available. There is also a terrace with a BBQ-grill. Aircondition. Smoking and animals are not allowed. Cleaning is not included.
Bedcloths are not included but it is possible to rent.
Parking place directly to the apartment.

The island Tjörn has a lot to offer for everybody and within 1 hour by car you can reach Gothenburg the 2nd largest city in Sweden.
