Holiday house with sea view, large lawns and proximity to the beach, harbour and hiking trail. Kungsviken is a protected harbour with a boat building tradition which dates back centuries. This is the last house on the northwest corner of Kungsviken with a view towards Koljöfjorden in the north and wilderness directly to the west. The cottage is relatively sheltered from wind despite the close distance to the sea.
8 beds. Built in 1978, about 80 sqm + 20 sqm other space. Three bedrooms (one in basement ) and living room with open kitchen. Hall. Toilet room with WC and basin. Bedroom 1: First-class double bed. Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (bunkbed). Bedroom 3: 4 beds including a double bed and sofabed. The decor in general has a cozy 60s & 70s atmosphere.
The basements other space includes a mini table tennis table and dartboard and a laundry with washing machine, dryer, and shower.
50 inch flatsceen TV, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove with convection oven, freezer and microwave.
Large lawns for play right next to the house, barbecue area with outdoor furniture and beautiful view to Koljöfjorden. The electricity subscription is from windmill energy (included in the rent).
Swimming school and sailing school in the nice beach in Kungsviken in the weeks 27 - 30. Good hill climbing along the shoreline in 200 - 600m walking distance from the cottage.
The cottage may be rented to responsible and careful tenants. Final cleaning is not included and will be done by the tenant. Bring your own towels and sheets.
