Winter-ready with garden, patio, and grill. Heated by heat pump, fireplace, and electricity. The cottage features a bedroom with 2 beds, a living room with a sofa bed for two, and a kitchen. 🛌🍃
Located just a few dozen meters from a picturesque pond teeming with birdlife, you might even spot beavers, deer, or moose on an early morning stroll. Climb the old slag heaps from the lime kiln and sit on the bench at the edge for a breathtaking view of Lerdala Lången, Sparresäter, and Klyftamon. 🦆🌅
Only 4 km away, youll find an 18-hole golf course, and several lakes for swimming within a few kilometers. Hiking trails and beautiful scenery, including Silverfallen, are right on your doorstep. From Skara - take road 49 towards Skövde for approximately 10 kilometers, then turn left towards Lerdala. Pass Lerdala by a few kilometers, then turn right at the riding arena and the sign for Dämmans gård. From Skövde - take road 26 towards Mariestad, turn left towards Lerdala/Timmersdala/Götene and continue for about 6 kilometers, then turn left at the riding arena and the sign for the farm.
