Småländskt paradise with private beach, boat, canoe, sauna, hot tub, trampoline, etc. Absolutely wonderful location.

Vacation Rentals in Bondstorp, about 30km south of Jönköping. (About 20-25 minutes by car from Jönköping)

Fine and fresh summer house / year-round accommodation with private beach. The house is located absolutely beautiful out on a cape along the lake Rasjön. Beautiful nature and fishing. Own canoe and rowboat.

The house is about 90 m2, plus a loft and a glazed-in balcony. There are 8 fixed beds in three bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with a bunk bed and one with a double bed plus a loft with two twin beds).
Open plan kitchen and living room in one. A loft where you can play and sleep a number of people/children (2-4pers), here it is not standing height for an adult.

The house has most facility, new shower, toilet, new kitchen, microwave, induction cooktop, convection oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, large LCD TV, a new wood stove, a large terrace with outdoor furniture, a glazed-in balcony with furniture and more. Large garden with its own barbecueplace at the lake, large lawns and private beach. Fantastic location where the house is located on a hill with a lovely view of the lake.

There is also a wood-fired hot tub built into the deck. A new large hot tub with extra large wood stove will be installed to the season 2017. Water to the hot tub is taken from the lake so this can be considered a bit cloudy at times. Otherwise, no fuss.

Newly renovated kitchen with new white goods (induction cooktop, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer) for the season 2015.

Newly renovated bathroom (shower, sink, etc.), plus a lot off refresher for the season in 2016.

Newly built glazed-in balcony and large bedroom with glass section towards the water in 2016.
NOTE! This has been done by the house has been extended out over the large terrace. This is not in the pictures, there are pictures to send, where you see this newly built. This led then to the large terrace is no longer available.

For the summer season 2017, there will also be a newly-built wood fired sauna (8pers) with glass section out towards the lake.
