The house was renovated in 2011-2012 and has a large living room (with TV) and a fully equipped kitchen (except dishwasher), and two bedrooms with. One bedroom has a double bed and the other bed is 140 cm wide. The bathroom is newly and has a shower.
The large terrace of about 50 sqm is located in the south and west. There is a large lawn with plenty of room for playing. Outdoor furniture, barbecue, hammock and some outdoor games (bowler, croquet, boules etc) are available.
The cottage is situated in the cozy and quiet village Röhälla close to Färjestaden and Borgholm. For golfers, it is about 4 km to Saxnäs golf course and 7 km to Ekerum golf course. Nearby Röhälla you find Saxnäs camping and Stora Rör with nice restaurants and activities. It is less than 2 km to the nice beaches in Lökenäs, and it is also possible to go swimming in Röhälla.
The cottage is rented for maximum 4 persons.
Smoke and pet free is a requirement.
