Description
This beautiful and well planned house with sea view lies on Bokenäset close to Fiskebäckskil, Grundsund and Lysekil. Only 100 meters to the sea with beach and bridge for salty swims and crab fishing.

The house has a large, lovely deck facing south towards the sea where you can enjoy the sun or have a barbeque in the evening. There is also a dining area with infrared heating, where you can have your breakfast or sit for a long time in the evenings. The deck continues around the whole house with several places with space for sunbathing or relaxing in the lounge area. There are ramps on both sides of the house which makes it easy for the disabled to get around both outside and inside.

The deck also has a new, beautiful spa for four people to swim in.

In the modern kitchen you can gaze towards the sea while cooking your food. Next to the kitchen is a lovely dining area where you can look at the sea or enjoy the fireplace while eating.
In the living room is a sofa and an armchair where you can cozy up by the fireplace, look out over the sea or watch TV.

There are two spacious bedrooms with a total of four beds.
The modern bathroom has a shower and a washing machine.

Peaceful area close to nature. Suitable for those who enjoy crab fishing, swimming, fishing and picking berries or take a walk to the lake nearby. If you take a trip by car its close to most of the gems of the West Coast with cozy restaurants, shops and possibilities for boat trips, sea fishing, tennis and golf.

Closure to Lysekil with Havets Hus or Smögen witn Nordens Ark, its 20 km to Tor shopping mall and about 100 km to Gothenburg.

The house has free internet. No smoking inside. Towels, bed linen, cleaning and boat dock can be purchased separately. Pets are welcome. Rent upon written agreement.
Deposit 3000 kr.

Arrival/departure Saturday-Saturday if nothing else has been agreed upon.
