The house lies in the best location of Kungshamn in a calm and comfortable area with amazing panoramic view over the western sea.
Our names are André and Alexandra and we offer this house to couples and/or families who wants to experience the west coast at its best.
The house is 150 sqm and has two floors and a deck facing south and patio facing north. Here you may enjoy the sun from early morning until evening. The deck has a sofa group and dining area with seating and barbecue. From the house its about 100 meters to cliffs and ladder whenever you wish to enjoy a refreshing swim.
The upper floor has three bedrooms with 6 beds in total. Living room with sofa group and TV and bathroom and shower.
The ground floor has one bedroom with double bed that lies next to the large bathroom with shower. Large living room in open planning with sofa group and open fireplace and dining area heading towards the sea.
Fully equipped and modern kitchen with kitchen appliances and dishwasher. In connection lies the scullery combined with laundry room.
The house is rented for those wanting to live comfortably and be close to nature but with pulse and restaurants not too far away. In the house neither smoking nor animals are allowed and you also have access to a large parking in connection to the house.
Distance to the centre is about 1.5 km and to Smögen about 4 km.
Grocery store with walking distance about 700 meters.
By Fisketången, about 1 km away, lies a beach with sand, cliffs and pier.
