Description
Ulfsbo is a holiday house for all seasons situated by Lake Ulfsjön and near to the Romme Alpin ski resort https://www.rommealpin.se/ Ulfsbo offers fantastic possibilities for relaxation and activities throughout the whole year.
Ulfsbo is a waterfront property with a small jetty that invites you to swim, fish and take part in other water activities. With the forest close by you also have excellent possibilities for hiking, biking and picking berries and mushrooms.
With 31 slopes and 13 lifts, the ski resort Romme Alpin has something for all skiing abilities and is just 10 minutes away by car.
In the winter, when the lake is covered with ice, it is also possible to take long walks, skate and go skiing on the frozen lake. Ice fishing is also a relaxing activity to enjoy during the sunny winter days.

For cross-country skiing we recommend you to go to Gyllbergen, a 30-minute drive by car http://bokasodradalarna.visitdalarna.se/sv/se-gora/a1497579/gyllbergen_1497579/detaljer . Gyllbergen is Borlänge’s biggest nature reserve – a beautiful wilderness area with great hiking paths and approximately 70 kms of pre-prepared ski tracks in winter time. Not so far from the house you also find Dalarnas Äventyrscentrum (The Adventure Centre of Dalecarlia, http://www.dalarnasaventyr.se/ ). There you will find lots of activities including jet surfing, paddle boarding, sauna etc.
The closest town is Borlänge, which is 20 minutes by car https://www.borlange.se/ In Borlänge you have a number of all year round tourist attractions to visit. Borlänge is also a mecca for shopping, with Kupolen, Norra Backa and IKEA – more than 100 stores gathered in one area https://kupolen.steenstrom.se/ . If you need a pause from shopping you can find a number of restaurants and coffee houses in the same area. The copper mine in Falun is also an interesting and popular tourist attraction, only 35 minutes’ drive away http://www.falugruva.se/
Ulfsbo is a fully equipped house with all the comforts of a modern home. Here you find Wi-Fi, TV/DVD, convection oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and a washing machine. The bathroom is newly refurbished. There is a large decking outside with grill and plenty of room for al fresco dining and enjoying the magnificent lake view. Last but not least, in the spacious living room you will find a large fireplace for cosy winter evenings.
In addition to the six beds there is a sofa bed for two, so in total 8 people can sleep in the house. In the garden there is also an uninsulated log cabin with two more beds, which add up to 10 beds available in the summer time.
No smoking allowed in the house!

Facts about the house:
One large bedroom with queen sized bed.
Two separate bedrooms with bunk beds.
A spacious living room with plenty of comfortable seating, a sofa and a sofa bed, TV/DVD and a fireplace.
Kitchen with a convection oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and fully equipped for dining at home. There is a large dining table where 10 guests can sit comfortably.
A newly renovated large bathroom with shower.
In the large basement (110 sq m) there is a ping pong table, a washing machine and plenty of wardrobes and storage space.

• We prefer to rent the house by the week, Saturday to Saturday.
(Please ask if you have other requirements and we will do our best to
accommodate.)
• Arrival time is from 15:00 and departure time is 11:00.

• The payment plus a deposit of 1,000 SEK (refunded
after approved departure check) should be paid at least 4
weeks prior to the arrival date.
• For group bookings, at least two members must be above the
age of 25.
• The price is valid for groups of max 6 persons, for additional guest we take
200sek/person and night.
• Pets are also welcome
• You can purchase departure cleaning at the cost of 1,000 SEK. This must be ordered at the same time as you book the house.
