Big summerhouse in Munkerud(Munkfors) 140m². The house is situated between the river Klarälven and wood. In the river ,on 150 meters, one can swim and fish. The house, on a large plot, is located directly on a forest area with hiking trails and an ample possibility of picking berries : blueberries, lingon and hallon berries. In the immediate vicinity there are various acitvities :rafting on the river ; beaver-or moose safari.
You can also visit the local musem , playing golf on the 18 holes course, make use of the 80-km-long paved bike path from Karlstad to Hagfors.
The housec omprises a large living room, diner kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet.The upperfloor contains an infinity , 3 bedrooms
(5 beds + cot) and a balcony.
