Lovely cottage on single stand. Access to boat, sauna, sport fishing. 65 km to Astrid Lindgrens world.

Rented weekly from Saturday 6 pm to Saturday 10 am.

Barbeque at the beachfront.

Kitchen fully equipped for self catering with dishwasher.
Storeroom with TV, DVD, sofa and stove, wood burning stove included.
Bedroom with double bed.
Loft with 4 single beds.

In separate cottage on the plot: WC, shower, washing machine and sauna.
Cot and high chair are available. Then state this at the time of booking
then we will arrange this.

Final cleaning is carried out by the guests. Would you rather pay
final cleaning costs 1000Kr which must also be notified when booking the cottage.

Do you wish to rent bedlinen + towels cost 150kr / person. It will be paid at
arrival. Tell us before we can prepare this!

The price is valid 7 nights Saturday to Saturday.
Max 6 guests.

Final cleaning, bed linen, towels and other consumables are not included.

Prepayment applies.
20% of the rent is payable at the time of booking. The remainder is payable 60 days prior to arrival.

A deposit of SEK 3500 is payable in connection with the final payment, and is recovered shortly after check-out, provided that cleaning and other things are as expected.

The house can only be rented out to the guests (references may be requested).
