Unique location in charming holiday resort on southeast of Gotland. The house is on two levels and was built in 1937. The house has two entrances, one in the east and one in the southwest. The kitchen was renovated in 2018 and has a new dishwasher and fridge/freezer. There is also a small kitchen table with seating for 4-6 people. On this floor it s also a generous living room with fireplace, TV, armchairs and a large sofa and dining table with seating for 6-10 people. Upstairs is three bedrooms with four single beds and a doublebed and a balcony. Chest of drawers is awailable in all rooms there is also one extra wardrobe on the level.
Fully tiled toilet and shower is located downstairs from the entrance level.
In the generous garden (1500 sqm) there is plenty of room for physical activities and a huge climbing tree and last but not least an adorable playhouse.The Paved patio in the southwest has sun all day. Here is a hammock, garden furniture and barbecue. In the eastern position is a nice porch with morning sun embedded in green vegetation. A lovely breakfast place.
This adorable house and plot is situated in a community with many opportunities for activities and a very popular holiday resort. Ljugarn has a wonderful beach and lovely surroundings and a lot of restaurants and cafes
