Nice cottage 400 meters from the lake Erve. There is a rowboat and Canadian canoe which can be used at no extra cost. 800 m to a nice small beach.
There are 2 bedrooms on the upper floor and a sofa bed in the living room.
On the upper floor is also a TV room.
Large well equipped kitchen with dish washer, fridge-freezer, stove with oven, microwave and more. One wood fired stove where you may light up on chilly days. Fireplace in the living room and in one of the bedroom makes it even more cozy. Electric heating is also installed in all rooms.
