Description
In the midst of the beautiful Swedish nature at the edge of a lake and with a stream that passes so close that you always hear the waters rippling. Nature is as taken out of Astrid Lindgrens books. A single cottage is close by, but otherwise you are here alone. There is a small boat and there is life jacket so you can come and see the lake. Net fishing is not allowed.
Nice beach in the Great Grass only 400 meters from the house.
Gräskelid is mentioned in writings dating back to King Valdemars time. The lake Lillgräsken (behind the dam 25 meters from the house) is 800 meters long and has previously been used to supply electricity to the surrounding farms. The old power plant is still there, but has not been running long. Next to it lies a former sawmill. This is now a workshop for ceramic.In front is a porch where you can sit overlooking the lake. Here is smoking allowed and there is a tumble dryer. By bridge, you go to Sjöbo.
The cottage is 50 m2. It is a non smoking house, consisting of kitchen / dining room with sofa bed, bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a toilet with shower and washing machine. The heat in the house is based on heat pump, electric radiators and a wood stove.
Poor mobile coverage 4 G is required, or you can use a Swedish SIM card from Telia.
There is a fiber-optic connection to the house, so you can always use that connection.
Calm dog is allowed.. Extra 60 liter freezer
