Welcome to our fiver room apartment on Solåkra Farm, in the middle of Scania! The apartment is a rebuilt stable and was finsished 2019. There are three bedrooms with a total of 5 beds. 1 room with bunk bed, 1 room with single bed, 1 room with two 90 cm beds (can be turned into a double bed). Heres also a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, micro, hot air oven and coffee machine. Bathroom with WC, shower and washing machine and timble drier. Free Wi-Fi fiber. TV.
Bed linen and towels can be rent for 130 sek/person. No pets, no smoking.
You may by final cleaning after the rental period, 1000 sek. If the cottage is free we also rent for the weekend Friday-Sunday. Its also possible to rent the apartment during the work week; Monday after 16:00 until Friday before 9:00 a.m. Contact us for price!
The terrace/deck is about 40 sqm with evening sun and secluded with rail. Barbecue available. Below the ramp we are about to create the garden. Your own parking with place for two cars.
If you want to stay on a farm during your holiday your at the right place! The surrounding are open fields and some kilometer away lies the forrest. On our farm we have black Angus cows, bees and berry production. The apartment lies on the edge of the farm but there may be some traffic after normal working times. Not in the area where you go to and from your apartmtent.
The apartment lies about 90 km from Copenhagen airport, 43 km to Lund, 45 km to Kivik. You may want to visit Scania animal park 21 km, Tosselilla fun park 44 km, Elisefarm Golf Course 12 km, Fulltofta Nature Centre 9,5 km.
Arrival weekly rental Saturday after 4 p.m. Departure Saturday before noon.
