Description
The cottage is fresh and modern, built in 2004 with a large living area and kitchen in an open floor plan, and three bathrooms. The plot is full of nature and is located next to Ljusnan. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rent.
The living area holds the kitchen with dining area along with a cosy corner with sofa and a stove.
The bedrooms consist of 1 double bed, 2 single beds and 1 bunk bed. The sofa in the living room offers two extra sleeping spots.
Fully tiled bathroom with shower, WC, washing machine and drying cabinet.
The cottage is located in cosy Ljusnedal next to Ljusnan in snowy Funäsdalen. The 300 kilometres connected cross-country trails and snowmobile of Nordic Ski pass by right next to the cottage. It is 5 kilometres to the slalom slopes in Funäsdalsberget, 15 kilometres to Bruksvallarna and 20 kilometres to the slopes in Ramundberget and Tänndalen.
In the summer there are hiking and MTB trails in the area. There is also fishing in Ljusnan and the mountain lakes, and an 18-hole golf course with a driving range.
There are grocery stores, liquor store, pharmacies and a health center in Funäsdalen. There are lovely restaurants, sport shops and rentals for all seasons.
TV with Canal Digital basic package and broadband available. Smoking and pets are not allowed. The cottage is not allergy free.
