LAKE DISTRICT
Welcome in Ekenäs in Lake District Dalsland-Värmland.
Ekenäs is a small village situated close to the Middle East shore of Lake Lelång between Bengtsfors and Lennartsfors – 5km north of Gustavsfors. The lake is connected to Dalslands Canal, which stretches from the lake Vänern to the Norwegian border. The district is known as a wild life area with wolf, lynx, brown bears and elks.

DESCRIPTION
The house stands is located on high ground on a woodland plot. You can enjoy nature and the view of the lake from the terrace. Garden furniture, garden umbrella and grill are available. It is 100m distance to nearest neighbour hidden by forest. A narrow path takes you to the lake (90m) with the bath place and the boat-house.

STANDARD
Living space: 78m² in 1 floor
Kitchen, big living room with log-fire stove, 2 smaller and 1 bigger bedroom and toilet/shower room.
In case of cold weather the house can be heated by heat pump. There are also electric heaters in the kitchen. Logs for the fire are included.
Hot and cold water. Deep-drilled well ensures water supply in dry weather

Kitchen: sink, fridge and freezer, cooker with oven, kitchen fan, toaster, coffee maker, micro wave oven and dish washer

Bedrooms: All beds are 90 cm width. Two bedrooms with one bed each. One bedroom with two single beds. There is one additional bed (80cm) in one of the single bed rooms.

Living room: 3-seat sofa + 2 arm chairs, TV with Swedish channels + ASTRA German channels with CNN News, log-fire stove, exit to terrace.

Bathroom: WC and shower. Entrance from the hall.

ARRIVAL /DEPARTURE
At first hand Saturday.

FAMILIES WITH KIDS
For families with kids, if needed, we have a cot and a dining chair.

SERVICE
Bed linen and towels can be rented
For an extra fee, we can make the end cleaning for you.

SMOKING/PETS
We would like all of our guests to feel comfortable in our houses.
Therefore you can only smoke outside the houses and dogs and pets are not allowed to bring.

BOAT/ENGINE
Rowing boat in a boat-house is included. We have 4-stroke boat engine for rent per day or per week.
For taking trips on the lake by boat, we recommend that you use life vests.
We have several vests in different sizes and you can borrow free of charge from us.

REQUEST/BOOKING / PAYMENT / CANCELLATION

We send the booking confirmation to your e-mail.
The latest 10 days after the confirmation we will take a deposit of 15% of total price. The remaining rent will be taken latest 30 days before arrival.
Everything in IBAN payment

Payments after arrival is cash only.
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, you will receive your deposit back.
If you cancel 30 days or less before the booked day of arrival, we will keep 90% of the total rental price.
With a cancellation less than 10 days before arrival you will not receive any refund.
A cancellation due to illness must be confirmed with a medical certificate.
