Wonderful house with a large garden, sea view and privat dock situated on Hermanö, an island in the middle of the west coast archipelago, just 1 hour drive from Gothenburg. The house is situated a 10 min bike ride from Gullholmen and lies approx. 100 meters from the sea, where a morning swim can be indulged from a privately owned dock. The island is car-free with beautiful hiking trails. In the main house you will find the kitchen, living room, dining area, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a nice meal. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine. In the house you will find a cupboard with boardgames, toys and lego for kids and a projector that can be used for movie nights. The living room has a stereo that can be connected to your phone AND a fireplace that can be enjoyed together with a cup of tea and books on rainy days. The main house has a big deck facing the sunny garden with a barbecue and outdoor seating. The garden is large and perfect for a game of volleyball, frisbee or badminton. In the guesthouse you will find 2 additional bedrooms. To reach the house you can take the ferry to Gullholmen + a 10 minutes beautiful bike ride (30 min walk), use a private boat or a taxi boat. If we are available we will be happy to pick you up by boat at Stocken on Orust and drive you to Hermanö.
