Nice kitchen with kitchentable for 6 people.
Large livingroom with sofa, TV with chromecast, diningtable and gamecorner with
footballgame, billiard and boardgames. Free Wifi.

2 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 with kingsizebed (180 cm) and wardrobes.
Bedroom 2 with 2 singlebeds (90 cm) and wardrobers.
2 extrabeds is also included and smaller bed and chair for baby/small child is available.

Bathroom with shower and bathtube.

There is also balcony and garden with gardenfurniture at your disposal.

Laundrymachine is in the basement.

The apartment is on the first floor and there is no elevator.

Included are:
Most kitchenware for eating, drinking and cooking in the kitchen.
Also some supplies as dischwaschertablets and detergent for cleaning.

Not included are:
* Sheets and pillowcases for beds. Can be bought brand new from us at a cost of 275
SEK for 1 bed and can be kept afterwards.
* Towels.
* Cleaning after the rental. Deposit must be paid 1.500 SEK.

Surroundings:
*Smygehamn is a small village at the Eastseecoastshore with about 1.500 people.
In Smygehamn there are grocerystore, pizzeria and bakery.
*Smygehuk, Swedens southpoint, is on a walking distance.
*Buses goes on a timeschedule towards Trelleborg and Ystad. There is also a red
Londonbus free of charge during the summertime towards Trelleborg.
From Trelleborg you can go by train to Malmö and visit Emporia (a large
shoppingcenter) and you can also by train go over a bridge (Öresundsbron) and visit
Copenhagen the Capital of Denmark.

For rent on a weekly basis, but could also be over the weekend. Contact us in that case
with your wishes.

From Ystad;

In Smygehamn the apartment is on the right side just after Coop.
It is in a white building.
Parking is available.
