This fantastic managers villa is located in a historic building in Göta, 4 km from the town of Lilla Edet. It is 50 km, about 35 minutes by car, to Gothenburg and Stenungsund, and 24 km to Trollhättan.

For those who want to get away from stress and demands and want all the amenities plus a little extra, this house is the right option. Here you can enjoy peace and nature. Individually decorated rooms are offered, free Wi-Fi in public areas, TV with many channels including ZDS. All rooms have a view of the garden, which is 12,000 m². In good weather, you can relax on the terrace, swim in the pool or outdoor jacuzzi, and cook good food on the grill. If you want to be active, there is also a volleyball court, boules court, and a large grassy area with football goals. Other common facilities at the Managers villa include a game room, sauna, indoor jacuzzi, and lounge. The party room on the first floor is very suitable for weddings or events of all kinds. Why not gather family and friends to enjoy a week together? All equipment is provided such as chairs, tables, crockery, glasses, bar, fridge, freezer, kitchen with a dishwasher, lighting, and sound. If you are planning a larger event, you must notify us so that we can go through various technical equipment and more together. Fishing and hiking in lovely forest environments are popular activities in the surrounding area. Ryrsjön is about a 15-minute walk away where you can swim, fish, and paddle a canoe. Ryrsjön is well known to all the countrys rowers and canoeists as competitions are often held here. At the lake, you will find a marked hiking trail with a fantastic view. Here, there is good year-round fishing for pike and perch. Fishing can be done freely without a fishing license using a hand tool. A fishing kayak (Big Fish 105) can be rented for the whole week at a price of 750 SEK/week. If you have pets with you, they are not allowed to swim in the pool or jacuzzi, and you must inform me in advance so that I can inform the cleaning staff.

The rental period starts from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival until 11:00 am on the day of departure. The cleaning staff needs 5 hours to clean the villa and prepare the garden. The rental price includes electricity, heating, and water costs. The rent is always paid before the rental period begins! In the event of an accident or damage, a deductible applies. Cancellation insurance can be purchased through Gouda-RF and costs 5% of the rental price, telephone number: 08-6152800. Pillows, blankets, and mattresses are provided. Bed linen and towels are brought by the tenant. There is an additional cleaning fee of 2850 SEK, which is done by an authorized cleaning company. Payment: 25% is paid 10 days after booking, the remaining 75% is paid 1 month before arrival. If you book 30 days before arrival or less, the full amount must be paid immediately. In the case of last-minute bookings, a pre-agreed discount may apply.
