The cottage is of older style and has two bedrooms, one with a double bed (2 beds) and the other with a single bed and a loft bed above (2 beds) and in the living / dining room there is also a sofa bed (2 beds). The living/dining room is a cozy room furnished with a sofa, large dining table and chairs. TV (Swedish channels). Door to the bedroom with the double bed and the room has a lake view from the window. A kitchen with a good standard, equipped with cooker/oven, fridge / freezer, microwave and coffee maker. Right next to the cottage is a furnished gazebo - perfect on summer evenings! There is a BBQ on the furnished patio. Large private garden with only a short walk (50m) through the garden to the jetty and the boats. Within a walking distance are shops, restaurants to be found. The lake Åsnen area with the national park is popular for outdoor activities and experiences. Lake Åsnen is 150 square meters with 1000 islands and offers excellent fishing.
The National Parks main entrance, Sunnabron, is within cycling distance of the house. It is a nice bike ride to the national park, and the bike path also takes you around lake Åsnen, which offers many nice bathing spots and attractions.
You are in the middle of the Apple Kingdom - with unique fruit trees, there are farm shops with apple juice and locally grown vegetables, fruit, fish smokery, etc.
Within walking distance is a public swimming area with sandy beach - (Rävabacken Urshult).
