Paradiset is a modern and newly renovated house with large rooms and it’s rather spacious.
The house has a private, scenic and quiet location about 30 meters away from the Mörrumsån river.
There is hardly any current in this part of the river so the river has the character of tranquil water.
It’s possible to fish, to use the rowingboat or a canoe and to row or to paddle on the river.
Even swimming is possible in the river.
The house is situated close to bicycle-and hikingtrails.
All around the house is a large garden. Just as the name suggests, this is a real paradise .
Livingroom:
Large livingroom about fifty square meter.
A table for 6 persons.
A comfortable seating area with a leather sofa and three leather armchairs.
There is a flat-screen television with the a parabolic antenna and German channels.
Mobile internet, WIFI , can be bought.
Kitchen
Well equipped modern kitchen with a dishwasher, an electric oven, a coffeemaker, a microwave, a large fridge and a freezer. A table for 6 persons. Washing machine is to be found in the basement of the house.
Bedrooms:
There are 3 bedrooms with 2 beds each. (two single beds joined together) The beds have comfortable mattresses. Naturally there are wardrobes for storage .
The second floor is not used.
The owner of the house takes care of the heating and also mows the grass.
There is garden furniture and a grill available.
Electricity is included in the price during the high season.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking indoors is not allowed .
There are blankets and pillows. Please bring your own bedsheets and towels. Its not possible to rent.
House has to be cleaned before you leave. (Cleaning of the house can be bought for SEK 1500)
A deposit 1500 SEK to be paid on arrival.
A Linder Aluminium boat can be rented.
A canoe can be rented
