A fully renovated barn with all amenities. Located on the outskirts of Burs with views over large green areas.
Access to three separate large bedrooms with double beds, one single bed, and two baby cots. Two extra beds are available. A large lounge/TV room on the upper floor. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, bar, and a tiled bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine. Two of the bedrooms have separate entrances. A furnished outdoor terrace with a barbecue. The owners have their holiday home next door. The barn is shielded with fencing from the owners house. Dogs are welcome in the bedrooms with private entrances. The bedroom on the upper floor is kept dog-free. Cats are not welcome.
Bed linen and towels must be brought by the tenant.
No smoking indoors.
No more than a 10-minute drive to the beautiful Herta beach and fishing village. Many lovely beaches along the east coast are easily accessible by car.
