A charming Skåne longhouse within cycling distance to Ystad and its beautiful beaches. The house is set in a rural location with a lovely panoramic view over the rolling landscape of Skåne. The house has been newly renovated and features an inviting garden with several small patios. Close to all the gems of Österlen.
The house has a brand new upper floor with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. On the ground floor there is a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The living room has a spacious sofa, TV, and fireplace. The garden offers several seating areas with garden furniture as well as a small gazebo. You can choose your spot depending on the weather. WiFi is available, but there is no possibility to charge an electric car. There are plenty of charging stations in Ystad.
From your holiday home, all of Österlen's attractions are within easy reach. Ystad's beautiful beaches are only 4.5 km away. The whole of Österlen is filled with galleries, farm shops, and sights. There is certainly no shortage of culture and gastronomy here.
Experience the entire stretch from Simrishamn and Kivik with their apple orchards and Stenshuvud National Park to Kåseberga and Ale's Stones. By bike, you have many small roads to choose from and can discover the changing open landscapes up close. For children, there is the adventure park Tosselilla. Golf enthusiasts have several options in the area, the closest being Österlens Golf Club.
