Description
Our villa is 1.5 km from Rammsjöstrand and the sea. There are both sandy beaches and jetties for those who want to swim from the jetty.
This apartment is connected to the house. However, it has its own separate entrance and there is a laundry room between the two units. It doesnt bother you at all if there is another family in the house. It is locked and closed in between.
In the apartment there is a large double bed (2.10) and a sofa bed 140 cm wide.
The apartment has its own entrance, own kitchen, bathroom and sauna.
There is also a private patio with a private grill.
There are 4 parking spaces right outside the house.
The house is surrounded by houses on the sides but at the back of the house there is only farmland.
It is very child-friendly with a playground in front of the house.
It is approx. 500 m to Ramsjögårdens Hotel, where you can have breakfast if you register the day before.
Ramsjögården also has a farm shop where you can buy fresh bread every morning. There is also most things such as butter, milk and vegetables etc. However, you need cash if you are not Swedish and can pay with Swish.
There are many other farm shops with lamb meat, milk and cheese etc. very close by.
Hot-smoked salmon from Hovs halls is another delicacy you can treat yourself to any evening.
There are 5 pcs. really nice golf courses within 15 minutes by car. It is the area with the most golf course density in Sweden.
For those who want to cycle and hike, the surroundings are incredibly beautiful and for those who like old furniture and flea markets, Skåne is absolutely perfect.

For rent weekly Saturday-Saturday. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out at 10 am.
The entire booking fee is paid in connection with booking.
Also rented out single nights and weekends on request.
The house is pet and smoke free!
Fine cleaning is added with SEK 1,500.
Blankets and pillows are available. Sheets are not included but can be obtained for a fee of SEK 50/sheet.
However, we would like guests to bring their own sheets and towels as it is difficult to do so much laundry in one day.
