Newly built house on Björkö (Öckerö municipality). On the island, you have access to several different bathing spots, beaches, cliffs or piers. Beautiful natural areas with many walking loops and outdoor gyms. For the children, there are several playgrounds and green areas. Down in Björkö harbor there is an Ica shop, a fish restaurant, the harbor tavern Seaside, a pizzeria and an ice cream kiosk.

It is a semi-terrain villa with a living area of 220 square meters. On the lower floor you will find a spacious hall, laundry room, bathroom with shower, two bedrooms (one of which is a smaller childrens room) and a large wardrobe.
Upstairs there is a kitchen with a large kitchen island with access to the balcony, a dining area for up to 10 people (3 highchairs are available if needed). Open floor plan between the living room and the TV room. There is also a bedroom and a large bathroom equipped with both a shower and a bathtub.

Balcony with sunrise and sun until the afternoon. There is a dining area for 10 people, a lounge group with a pergola (which you control with a remote control) and two sunbeds. Also a small playhouse.

Rubbish is thrown in bins outside the house (food and combustibles), everything else is left at the recycling centre.

Directions
The island has a ferry connection (björköleden) in 6 minutes to the mainland (Lilla Varholmen, Torslanda) where there is a bus to the center of Gothenburg in about 25 minutes.
