Welcome to Nygrans Little Cottage in Southern Södermanland!
Nygran Farm is not far from Bråviken inlet, located along the charming scenic route between Södertälje and Norrköping. On the farm, I grow vegetables, berries, and fruit trees, inspired by permaculture principles. I also keep laying hens that roam the grass during the summer. In my farm shop, you can purchase fresh and processed farm products, depending on the season. Alongside the hens, the farm is home to Harry the muscovy duck, the rabbits Bill and Gulnos, and the farm cat Bevar.
The cozy little cottage at Nygrans offers a simple, yet genuine and charming standard. It includes a bathroom with a toilet, shower, and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle, and a coffee maker. A small staircase leads up to the sleeping loft (with limited headroom), where you’ll find three beds. Additionally, the large, comfortable sofa bed in the living room can accommodate two more people. The living room also features a stove and firewood for cozy evenings by the fire. The cottage has its own parking space and a small yard with outdoor furniture and a grill.
Here at Nygran, you’ll be right next door to the Nävekvarns Klint Nature Reserve, with its deep forests and stunning views over Bråviken. The Sörmlandsleden hiking trail runs just 100 meters behind the cottage. From here, you can hike the Nävekvarn Loop as well as the Nävsjön Loop trail. Lake Näv, known for rainbow trout and salmon fishing, is only 3 km away.
The summer idyll of Nävekvarn, with its small boat harbor, grocery store, and summer cafés and restaurants, is 2 km from the cottage. Several lovely swimming spots are nearby, including both child-friendly sandy beaches and rocky swimming areas. Nyköping is 25 km away, Kolmården Zoo is 20 km, and Norrköping is 50 km from the cottage.
Rental Information:
During the summer (weeks 25-34), the cottage is available for weekly rentals from Sunday to Sunday, at a price of 4900 SEK per week.
Before and after the summer season, you can book single nights (800 SEK/night for weekdays) or weekends (1900 SEK/weekend from Friday to Sunday).
