The House:
Located in Skummeslövsstrand, the house is 114 sqm and of high standard. Fully renovated inside in 2018, with a new wooden façade and spacious deck completed in spring 2019. There are two living rooms:
-One with a cozy large sofa and two armchairs facing the fireplace
-The other is open-plan with a fully equipped kitchen, large dining table/chairs, and a social area with sofa and armchair
-Fresh bathroom with shower, plus laundry room with washer and dryer.
Sleeping arrangements:
-Bedroom 1: bunk bed and single bed (3 beds)
-Bedroom 2: double bed and crib (2+1 beds)
-Living room: sofa bed and daybed (3 beds)
Additional air mattresses available if needed
Garden & Outdoor Space:
The 800 sqm garden features a lawn with lush surroundings. Enjoy a large trampoline and swing. On the spacious deck: outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and grill — perfect for summer evenings.
