The guest house is 60m2, two bedrooms, bathroom with shower, kitchen with dishwasher, cozy TV / living room with large terass directly adjacent, with two Weber charcoal grills available. TV and Wi-Fi (fiber) are available throughout the plot. LARGE plot (3500m2) to play on. Trampoline, soccer goals on the grounds. The house is located about 2.8 miles north of Borgholm at the height of Sandvik, but on the east side. Close to padel courts, biking distance to restaurant.
