Lisas Hus is situated about 10 km south of Urshult in an undisturbed, child-friendly, quiet and sunny location. There are lots of berries and mushrooms in the forests. In this area there are nice hiking trails and bike trails
Good fishing opportunities in the nearby lakes Ö. Ramsjön and Arasjöarna.
A nice childrens swimming area is to be found at Lake Mien about 10 km to the south.
You can enjoy nature and peace near the house. It is surrounded by meadows and majestic forests. With a little luck you can sometimes see a curious and surprised moose.
At Lake Arasjön there are good fishing opportunities. Fishing license is required.
The house is located near the villages of Urshult and Tingsryd (Tingsryd Municipality) and about 20 km from Åsnen National Park. The park is the 30th national park and was opened in May 2018.
Leisure activities include: walking, cycling, canoeing on Lake Åsnen and making fantastic excursions by car. There is a lot to discover on Åsnen. The area around Åsnen National Park offers many attractions. There are hiking and cycling trails, swimming areas, fantastic natural barbecue areas (usually ready-made wood is available) and some typical Swedish shops where you can buy fruit, vegetables, cheese, fish or honey. You can really take it easy and relax, among other things, with a picnic basket in the beautiful landscape.
Of course, you can also fish in the other fish-rich lakes in the area.
