Here you can enjoy luxury. Why not sit on a sofa on the balcony or roof terrace and enjoy something delicious with a view of the sea? Take a dip, in the sea or in the hot tub, bake a pizza in the outdoor kitchen or enjoy in the shade. The sea is about 100 meters in front of the house. Enjoy the wonderful sandy beach or lie down on the grass while the children play and have fun. Eat something delicious at one of the eateries along the beach or enjoy a barbecue evening in the garden. Through the entrance door, which opens smoothly with a code lock, at the back of the house you enter directly into a small entrance with plenty of space for outerwear and shoes. Further through the entrance you enter the laundry room. Here you will find a washing machine and dryer as well as cleaning supplies. Directly after the front door you enter the spacious kitchen which has just about everything you could wish for. In addition to what you would expect when renting a cottage, there is also a kitchen assistant, pizza tools, food processor, coffee machine, fridge/freezer with ice maker, a raised dishwasher for extra comfort and there are also plenty of spices and other goodies to have. The kitchen also has a very nice kitchen island. Directly after the kitchen there is a large dining table. The open plan then continues with a wonderfully comfortable sofa where you can enjoy the view or relax in front of the TV. There is also a stove that you can make a fire in if you want to increase the coziness factor. Under the stairs you reach the bedroom and bathroom. The large bedroom has a double bed and its own exit to the balcony. Pull back the blackout curtains and you have a view of the sea. The room is also equipped with a TV and surround system. There are also illuminated wardrobes with plenty of storage space. The fully tiled bathroom has a modern style. Through the door you have direct access to the balcony and hot tub. The second bedroom is currently equipped with a junior bed of about 190 cm. There is also a large wardrobe. On the upper floor you will find a bedroom to the left. It has a bunk bed with three beds. There are also a couple of extra mattresses that can be placed in a crawl space in the same room or on the floor in any place you like. The room also has a long desk and a spacious wardrobe. Outside the bedroom there is a living room with four cozy armchairs. Here you can play games or just sit and talk while having a fantastic view. From the living room you can also go out onto the roof terrace and sit on a sofa and enjoy even more of the nice weather and a beautiful view. The house is 124 square meters in total. You can get out to the balcony through the balcony door. You can also choose to open up the entire bay and get a feeling of having nature very close. On the balcony there is then a dining area with awning and a relaxation corner consisting of a sofa and sun loungers. In the garden there is an outdoor kitchen with a sink with hot water, grill, brick oven, pizza oven and work bench. There are also a couple of small greenhouses that can contain salad and more depending on the season. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in or outside the cottage! You bring your own bedding. Cleaning is done by the tenant. There is also a guest cottage on the property if you wish to book accommodation for up to 12 people in total.
