Description
Welcome to our lovely home in Djupvik, one of the charming seaside villages on northern Öland. Here, you can enjoy the best of both worlds: beautiful nature and the sea close by, combined with the comfort of your own private heated pool.
The house is 125 m² and features four bedrooms and two bathrooms, offering plenty of space for family and friends. There are several inviting social areas both indoors and outdoors, making it just as easy to gather for a long dinner together as it is to find a quiet spot to relax with a good book.
The house is situated on a lovely corner plot surrounded by open green spaces, with grazing cows as your neighbours. The sea is only about a five-minute walk away, where Djupvik’s swimming jetty and clear waters await.
When you are not at the beach, you can enjoy the private heated pool, have a barbecue on the gas grill, or borrow one of the house bikes and explore the beautiful surroundings.
The village of Sandvik is only about 6 km away, offering restaurants, a grocery store and a local fish shop. The charming town of Borgholm is approximately 25 km from the house.
✨ Here, you can experience the very best of Öland: the sea, beautiful nature, relaxing days by the pool, long summer dinners and wonderful days together.
The perfect place for anyone looking to unwind while also having an ideal base for exploring everything northern Öland has to offer.
