The house
The house is furnished with a kitchen, living room, sleeping loft and a tiled bathroom with shower. Space for 4-5 beds, everything new and fresh. From the deck, where you have outdoor furniture and a barbeque, you can watch the sun rise over the Baltic Sea. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, kitchen fan, dishwasher, coffee maker and a microwave oven. China, glasses, cutlery and kitchen-ware. In the living room theres a flat panel TV and a DVD player.

From April 2016 we offer mini-spa with outdoor hot tub, sauna and infrared sauna. The plant is privatly situated in the area and can be rented for an additional fee per day.
Surroundings
About 1 km from Österhillgården is a long sandy beach which is surrounded by Stenshuvud National reserve. Here you have wonderful hiking areas in forests and sandy heathland with viewpoints over Hanöbukten. Within 20-30 km from the cottage you can enjoy Brösarps Backar and Österlens beautiful scenery. Along the coast, from Vitemölla in the north to Kåseberga in the south, you have small fishing villages. There are five 18-hole golf courses within 30 km of the house. Österlens GK has two courses and then theres Stiby, Degeberga and Tomelilla GK: Yearly activities are the Art exhibition during Easter, Kiviks market in July and the Apple market in September. It is 5 km to Kivik. There you have many good restaurants, supermarket (ICA-Piraten), Fish shop (Buhres Fisk) and much more. At a walking distance you have the ancient Kafé Annorlunda and two restaurants - Allé and Blåsingsborg.
During high season the house is only rented for a whole week. During other time you may rent it for a weekend or other alternatives by agreement.
Bring your own sheets and towels. Cleaning is done by the tenant before leaving the house.
Cleaning after checking out may be done for 600 SEK.
No pets allowed and smoking may be done outside, for example on the deck.
