Beautiful old summerhouse, in Pippi Longstocking style, 5 min from a sandy beach, in the south of Sweden. The house is on a large wooden plot of land. There are 3 bedrooms, two with double beds, one with twins (a 120 cm wide bed plus an IKEA child bed). There are two toilets plus 1 shower. On the plot there is also an insulated traiditonal extra house (10m(2)) with a bunk bed and sink with water. There are also 3 adult bikes, 2 wiht child seats to use, plus a range of children bikes for 5 - 10 year olds. The house is located 200 m from a fine sandy beach, 200 m to a tennis court, 200 m from a forest, 400 m to eal and salmon fishermen. About 15 minutes walk up to Åhus old village, with shops, bank, ice cream boat, cafees, museum and restaurants along the river. Åhus also has an 36-hole golf course, mini golf and an outdoor 50m swimming pool and childrens pool.
