On Sällegård you can experience holidays on a farm as it is described in Astrid Lindgrens Småland. You live in Eriks House with 6+3 beds. Here you will quickly get infected with the calm of the countryside.
Sällegård is situated 18 km east of Vetlanda in the middle of the countryside, surrounded by green nature. The houses in this area are painted the traditional way, red with white edges, precisely as it should be in Småland.
Eriks House
You stay in the middle of the village, very suitable for children. The house is fresh renovated and has 4 sleeping rooms with 6 beds. There is an additional sleeping room with 3 beds, so you have a total of 9 sleeping facilities.
We intended to provide accomodation and activities suitable for children as well as for adults. You can touch and feed most of the animals nearby the Erik´s House.
You are surrounded by the forest with kilometre-long ways which are also suitable for cars.
Here you can walk, have a picnic or only breath in the fresh air from the wood.
From Sällegård it is only a cycle-tour to two tourist attractions of the Highlands of Småland, Kleva Gruva (an old copper-mine) and Ädelfors Guldvaskning (gold panning).
Bergshemmet
Sällegård can also offer a comfortable house Bergshemmet, with a wonderful view over the Emån-valley. The house has 4 beds and is situated 8 km distant from Sällegården.
