Pellebo - in the middle of the Österlen plains and surrounded by rape fields and farmland, three kilometers from wonderful sandy beaches by the seashore. 20 km east is Simrishamn, 20 km north is Tomelilla och 20 km west is the midieval town Ystad. The sea (Löderups bathing beach) is just 3 km south. Going by bike one can go to see Hagestad nature reserve, Dag Hammarskjölds Backåkra and Kåseberga where you can find Ales Stones, fishing shop, several restaurants and and garden centre where you can get organic products. The medieval Glimingehus Castle is half an hour away by car.

The apartment is in traditional style and includes 2 rooms and a kitchen and a separate entrance. There is a shower, toilet and a patio in the garden. The apartment is a separate part that was used by the elders in a house of type Skånelänga. There are two rooms in the apartment, one with a splittable double bed and the other with two single beds. There is a patio under the pear tree in the large rose garden, surrounded by an apple hedge. The yard is located openly on the plains of Österlen with a view towards the Hammars hills.

Bring your own sheets or rent sheets and a towel for 150 SEK.
Final cleaning by the tenant, or done for a fee of 700 SEK.
A deposit of 20% of the rent - 660, 800 or 900 SEK - that will not be repayed upon cancellation of the booking, is to be payed at the time of booking. All else according to the contract.

Directions
From Ystad road no. 9 towards Simrishamn, pass the turning to Kåseberga and after a kilometer or so turn right towards Ingelstorp, Valleberga and Löderup. Go past the two first villages and turn right by Löderup church towards the coast (Norra Strandbadsvägen). Turn right onto a gravelled road after about 500 meters, the road is marked with a large signpost that says Horse transports (speed limit 20 km/h). If then counting the houses/estates on both sides of the road, its the fourth one. Pellebo is on the right-hand side, a pale yellow skånelänga with a large white farm building.
