Welcome to a summer accommodation at a fantastic location! The summer house (houses) are fresh and is directly connected to the Conference and Spa center Åhus Seaside. Only 200 m to a wonderful sandy beach with a dock. It is 150 m to the large tempered pool area. In the near located area there are several nice restaurants, miniature golf, tennis, jogging trails, big ice cream kiosk, etc.
Municipal bus services to Kristianstad, is located 50 m from the summer houses. Despite the central location it is quiet short walk to the woods and jogging trails. Åhus center is located at a distance of about 2 km, where supermarkets, more restaurants, banks, pharmacies, liquor-store, etc. is available. There is also a beautiful harbor walk with restaurants that leads up to Åhus medieval town. Two winterized summer houses with 4 + 4 beds located on the owners land separate from the owners house. Part of the plot where the summer houses are located on approximately 500 m2.
The great House is 27 m2, with kitchenette, shower and toilet. There are also television, microwave and large covered terrace and barbecue. The small house, 12 m2 and has only 4 people. Wireless Internet is included!

Price week 29 - Beach handball week. Both houses: 17 900 SEK
Price week 27, 28 Both houses: 9 900 SEK
Price week 26, 30 - 34: Both houses: 8 900 SEK
Price low season (week 35-25): Both houses: 5 900 SEK
Reservation/Deposit: 2000 SEK (refunded after the final cleaning). Non-refundable in case of cancellation.
Rent for bed linen and towels: 100 SEK/set/week or take itself.
Washing machine 40 SEK/laundry - washing powder included
Cleaning 500 SEK (if it is not done by the tenants)
