My charming villa is located near the center but still a bit behind on a quiet and peaceful street. It takes only 7 minutes to get to the center core and a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach. I rent out the villa in the summer when we live in the summerhouse. The villa has two apartments, this ad is the lower apartment. The apartment is fully equipped for eight people.
