The official living area is 62 square metres, but a large attic ensures that if feels significantly larger. The attic is used today as a kids bedroom/playroom. The ground floor comprises a relatively large bedroom, a living-room, a sizeable bathroom, a kitchen, and a porch. The cottage is in excellent condition and is habitable all year round. 5-6 beds.

The size of the plot is 2500 square metres, and it is situated right beside Båven lake.

Access to a bathing jetty is included. The cottage is nicely secluded from other houses in the area so privacy is ensured.

NOTE!
We wish to lease the cottage for a longer period, i.e not only on a weekly or fortnightly basis. We are seeking, initially, to lease from June to August/September inclusive. Rental cost for May to September inclusive is 40.000 SEK. We are happy to discuss an even longer leasing period.

Directions
The cottage is situated in Sparreholm, between Nyköping and Malmköping. It is a roughly 75 minute drive from Stockholm (Nortull), a 30 minute drive from Nyköping, and about 20 minutes from Flen and Malmköping respectively. The closest shop is only 10 minutes away.
