Simple hut and fishing

We are (2 Persons) searching for a very simple hut in a nature place without other tourists arround. We would like to fish (need permits?) in the lake or river and cook for our self. The hut must have to beds, a kitchen and easy toilet. We dont need electricity and water from tube. We can cook fresh water from the lake or river.
We will flight to Sweden 23.6.2018 , buy our food and drinks an travel by car or bus to the hut. We also can walk if necesseray max. 1 hour to the hut. 30.6 we travel back.
