Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with adjacent bathroom (shower, WC and sauna). Exit from sauna to outdoor pool. Bedroom 2: Single bed and space for extra bed. Bedroom 3: Bunk bed in one end of the room, sofa bed in the other end. TV. Bathroom with bath tub and WC. Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Lovely garden (4 000 m2) with nice lawns and space to play: tree play house, trampoline, play house, table tennis. Theres also a fenced chicken coop with 3 rabbits and chickens. Offer: you get free eggs and nice pet company in exchange for simple care of the pets. You can at request additionally rent the 15 m2 guest cottage. There are 2 single beds (can be placed together to make a double bed) and a TV. Walking distance to restaurant and lake where you can bathe. The surroundings offer a 36-hole golf course, Säby Farm with apple juice factory, café et c. Several nature reserves, a stable that offer tour riding, kayak rental and the Gustavsberg Harbour area (Cultural Center, Porcelaine Museum, shops, outlets, cafés and restaurants) can be found at close car distance. Distance to Stockholm approx. 25 km. Very good local communications with buses to Stockholm. Please note! that the house owners have pets (dog, rabbits) so there may be residual pet hair that can be bothersome to those with allergies! Obligatory departure cleaning service 1 300 SEK. At request: Bed linen/towels 150 SEK per person. Pets 300 SEK/pet. Guest cottage 2 000 SEK/week. 2 Ladies bikes with 3 gears 350 SEK/ bike and week. Childrens bikes for ages approx. 5-10 years 300 SEK/ bike and week. Arrival/Departure day: Saturday.
