Exit to patio with deck chairs/out-door furniture. Living room with TV/DVD/home movie theater/home movie screen. Bedroom with double bed, exit to small balcony. Bathroom with WC and bathtub with massage jets.
Lower floor: recently renovated sitting room with comfortable sofas, TV/DVD/video games. Exit to patio with barbecue.

Modern sauna house by the jetty/tree deck! Comfortable seating furniture, compact kitchen, electrical sauna, shower and WC in this 30 m2 extra house. Exit to large jetty/tree deck with wood-fired bath barrel. Mooring for sailingboat/motorboat. Private, child-friendly sandy beach.
Nice walking paths in the surrounding nature. The keen angler can go fishing for perch, pike, pike-perch and salmon. The house is located close to Boda jetty, where you can take regular ferries further out in the archipelago. Approx. 5 km to Norråva Golf Course (pay and play) and Horisont Kayak. In the surrounding area you’ll also find Siggesta Farm and Nysved Farm.
Obligatory departure cleaning service 1 500 SEK.
