Description
In this cozy cottage your right in the middle of the nature. The cottage lies secluded and peacefully with private beach by the beautiful lake Näsölen. The interior is in old fashion style with wood fired stove, baking oven and open fireplace. View of the lake. Nature garden 1200 sq m.

With the boat and the canoes you can take nice trips on the lake. There are lots of things to do in the area, both nature and culture. The closest village Dals Rostock is a previous spa village. The well was used already in the 18th century. In the park you find a herbary, a café and a large museum of local history as well as a textile museum. The landlord takes care of the herbary and has an exciting art studio next to it.

The cottage is a fully equipped stay, with self-catering and space for up to 6 persons.

Facilities:
-Living area: 80 sq m on three bedrooms, large kitchen/living room and hallway. Small new bathroom with biologic toilet and shower and storing areas.
-Garden: Large garden with shed, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Private beach 20 meter from the house. The bottom of the lake may be a bit muddy but its only 50 meter to a nice sandy beach.
- In the kitchen is an electric stove with oven, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, utensils, dining table and chairs.
-Living room in connection with the kitchen. No TV.

Other information:
- Electricity included may-august. Otherwise electricity charge comes upon the rent.
- Bed linen, towels and hygiene articles can be rented for 175 kr/set. Otherwise you may bring your own.
-If you don´t want to make the final cleaning yourself it costs 1000 crowns.
-Payment in advance to the bank account that you will be given upon booking.

From Gothenburg: E45 towards Karlstad. In Mellerud take left in the second roundabout, road 166 towards Dals Rostock and Halden. The cottage lies by the lake Näsölen north of Dals Rostock. Detailed Directions will be given from the landlord upon booking.
