Is this one of the most attractive cottages possible to rent? Thats up to you, but this cottage is impossible not to fall in love with! Newly renovated, modern, light and comfortable and with a unique location just a few meters from the Mörrum river, with both deck and balcony heading towards the river!
On the ground floor you have a fair living room where to comfortable sofa a night may be turned into a comfortable bed for 2 (that may be secluded with a curtain). Here you also have a comfortable, well equipped kitchen with a typically Swedish dining place. Theres also a fresh bathroom with wc and shower. From the living room doors leads to the furnished deck where you sit on fishing distance from the Mörrum river! The fishing is top class along a 3 km private part of the upper Mörrum River. The fishing here is catch and release- fishing, so the fish is to be released after being caught.
The upper floor has to comfortable bedrooms with good beds. One of the bedrooms have a balcony where you have panoramic view over the Mörrum river and the nature. Heres also an extra wc.
Boats and canoes may be rented on site. Boat costs 300:-/ day and includes life jackets, Canadian costs 200:- /day and also includes life jackets. Here you may also rent different kinds of bikes; regular bike 150:-/day, mountainbike 350:- /day and electric bike 390:-/ day.
The whole estate has the latest safety standard and the drinking water i certified along EU-norms.
Here in the wonderful landscape of Småland lies Åsnen and its National park, offering unique nature experiences from canoe, bike or by foot. A rich animal life is found in the forests and lakes offer an abundance of fish like pike, perch and pike-perch.
The farmhouse lies in a natures paradise for those wishing to enjoy nature and activities in the nature.
Parking is done 150 m from the house. Upon checking in and out you may drive up to the house. If you are more then 6 persons you may rent up to 2 more beds. Those beds costs 150 sek per night and person.
The Grandmothers cottage costs 7560/week in high season, from April until October. In low season it costs 5900 sek /week. The house costs 1500 sek/night. Final cleaning can be ordered in advance and costs 2000 sek. In the price is included electricity and WiFi.
